As the doors of your private elevator open into the penthouse, 2,400 square feet of gleaming hardwood floors spread out before you. To the left is the open-concept gourmet kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ceramic tile backsplash, built-in wine chiller, and a breakfast bar with stools—perfect for early morning coffee or late night cocktails.
Directly in front of the kitchen, a custom built, 12-foot farmhouse table sits ready for large gatherings. Beyond that is the over-sized living room, complete with soaring ceilings, a 55" LCD television mounted over a gas fireplace, and a wall of windows overlooking the Atlantic. One of the two couches also contains a fold-out Queen sleeper.
A glass slider from the living room leads out to your private deck. The deck is furnished with three distinct areas: A dining area with infrared gas grill and dining table/umbrella; a lounging area with two top-quality cushioned chaise lounges; and a sitting area with two Adirondack chairs and ottoman. This is the perfect place for casual meals, reading, relaxing, evening cocktails, watching the surfers, or sitting with the family to watch the weekly fireworks over the pier.
Just off the family room is the master suite. Furnished with a King bed, 42" LCD television with HD service, two walk-in closets, a soaking tub with jets and custom tiled walk-in shower, this suite will be your private oasis. Two separate doors ensure privacy and quiet from the rest of the unit, and a private exit onto the balcony allows for quick access to the outdoors. The three other bedrooms (one King, one Queen, one with two sets of twin bunks) are all professionally decorated and feature top-of-the-line mattresses for a good night’s sleep. Single floor living means that the kids will never be too far, but premium amenities like solid-core doors means that you won’t always have to hear them.
